A status conference hearing is scheduled for April 25, 2008 in Los Angeles to set a trial date in Paul vs. Clinton. The court delayed setting a trial date back in February, but a new trial date is expected to be announced three days after the all important Pennsylvania primary.

It looks like the media is still hoping this case will go away, or they have been threatened from exposing this story.
