Texas Latino Vote Is No Lock for Clinton
By: Amy ChozickWSJ - After suffering a string of losses this month, Sen. Hillary Clinton is counting on her popularity among Hispanics to deliver a big win in Texas March 4 and catapult her back into the race for the Democratic presidential nomination. But for all the talk of the crucial "Hispanic vote," there isn't any simple way of classifying this diverse group. Obama kicked off a four-day Texas tour yesterday with a town-hall meeting held in a colorful amphitheater here normally used for a type of Mexican ballet popular in this part of the state. While Sen.
