Unfortunately for him, Monica kept a certain semen-stained dress around which, thanks to the marvels of DNA testing, proved their relationship to be far more than "improper."It's important to remember these details when following the campaign of his wife, Hillary. In case you missed it, over spring break Clinton gave a speech in Washington D.C in which she recounted a trip she and her daughter Chelsea made to Tuzla, Bosnia in 1996. She claimed the plane made evasive maneuvers when landing, that they were under sniper fire when exiting the plane and there was no local greeting."There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base," said Clinton.
