| A little over a year ago, the government put into effect the insourcing directive. It was set in place to save money. A couple weeks ago, Defense Secretary Robert Gates publicly stated that it is not saving money. My question is why are they still pushing forward witht he insourcing directive if it is just cosstign the government more money?!?! |
