By DAPHNE RETTER in DC & MAGGIE HABERMANNY POST - Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign is $20 million in debt - and vendors, consultants and aides in her home state are among those getting stiffed, new campaign-finance records show.The debt includes the $11 million that Clinton herself lent the campaign.And while she raked in $22 million in donations in April, retiring debt could get harder as the campaign wears on.High on the list of New York firms to which Clinton owes a combined $200,000 is the Spoken Hub, which is still waiting to collect more than $100,000 in phone-banking fees from her, according to Federal Elections Commission filings.Officials at the Manhattan-based company didn't return calls for comment.Next on the list is Bill Lynch Associates, a Harlem-based firm run by former Deputy Mayor Lynch. The company, which does consulting for Clinton, is owed more than $42,000.Lynch insisted he's not worried."I'm not concerned for a minute," he told The Post. "She seems to have the ability to [raise enough money for her debt]."Then there's A-Political, the ad firm co-run by former Eliot Spitzer consultant Jimmy Siegel, which is owed $20,000.
