Chief Clinton cheerleader Terry McAuliffe says "We're going all the way!" But bad omens abound. Souvenir shops have slashed the price for Hillary paraphernalia - including the infamous Hillary nutcracker - by 50 percent. Clinton uber-supporter James Carville concedes, "The great likelihood is that Obama will be the nominee." The campaign is $21 million in debt. Superdelegates continue to stream to her opponent. Since Pennslyvania's primary, Obama has picked up 50 superdelegates, 10 of them stolen from Clinton's tally. And in a new development that could presage more trouble, yesterday the first pledged delegate switched from Clinton for Obama: Jack B. Johnson, a Maryland Democrat pledged to support Clinton, said he plans to support Obama at the convention.
