Where is the rest of the worlds great strides in medical research? Eh? A free market allows EVERYONE to have healthcare of their choosing. Why are Canadian doctors coming to work in the US? Heaven forbid a free system in which you can choose your own doctor. In Canada you can be jailed for choosing your own doctor! Yeah that sounds wonderful.
