Generally speaking, even the bars on K Street lower their prices for happy hour as a lure for the work-weary to kick back a few and ease the stress of a long day.So charging $1,000 for drinks might seem a bit steep, even for power drinkers enjoying bottles off the top shelf.A fundraising e-mail from Sen.
