An eastern Kentucky boy isn't ready to give on Hillary Clinton's bid for the White House.Dalton Hatfield of McAndrews, Ky. donated $440 to Clinton's campaign last week, money the 11-year-old raised by selling his bicycle, video games and anything else he could find.
