"Even today, Iraq is not nearly disarmed. Based on highly credible intelligence, UNSCOM [the U.N. weapons inspectors] suspects that Iraq still has biological agents like anthrax, botulinum toxin, and clostridium perfringens in sufficient quantity to fill several dozen bombs and ballistic missile warheads, as well as the means to continue manufacturing these deadly agents. Iraq probably retains several tons of the highly toxic VX substance, as well as sarin nerve gas and mustard gas. This agent is stored in artillery shells, bombs, and ballistic missile warheads. And Iraq retains significant dual-use industrial infrastructure that can be used to rapidly reconstitute large-scale chemical weapons production." -- Ex-Un Weapons Inspector Scott Ritter in 1998

Bell Set To Toll For Hillary
Today is the Wisconsin primary, which is likely to be another nail in the coffin of Hillary Clinton's hope to be the Democratic nominee for president.Going into the primary, Barak Obama's lead (according to polls) is five points. But if Wisconsin turns out the way other primaries have, he is likely to win by 10 to 15 points. That would be bad news for Hillary, as her campaign has been disintegrating ever since Super Tuesday on Feb. 5, when Obama cleaned up.

But if Wisconsin turns out the way other primaries have, he is likely to win by 10 to 15 points. That would be bad news for Hillary, as her campaign has been disintegrating ever since Super Tuesday on Feb. 5, when Obama cleaned up.Not counting Wisconsin, (yet) he's won 11 states in a row, causing near panic in the Clinton camp. He's also causing alarm among top Democrats who had all but crowned Hillary as their candidate.Hawaii holds its primary tomorrow too, but Obama is such a cinch to win its 20 delegates that no one bothers mentioning Hillary. For Hillary, Wisconsin is important -- but not as important as the Texas and Ohio primaries on March 4. Unless Hillary wins both states, kiss her nomination chances goodbye. In a desperate bid to bolster her chances, Bill Clinton is unabashedly campaigning on her behalf, blatantly suggesting that by electing Hillary, the country would also be electing him as her guiding influence in the White House. Clearly, he's Svengali to her Trilby. Each day Obama grows more comfortable and confident.Hillary, on the other hand, looks increasingly vulnerable -- even a parody of herself, as she snipes at Obama, her head nodding like some bobble-head doll, smiling incessantly, eyes wide with sincerity, and gesturing to make her points. A far cry from Obama's laid-back coolness.
