Random Liberal Quotes...
"What is at stake is how to answer the potential threat Iraq represents with the risk of proliferation of WMD. Baghdad's regime did use such weapons in the past. Today, a number of evidences may lead to think that, over the past four years, in the absence of international inspectors, this country has continued armament programs." -- Jacques Chirac, October 16, 2002

"The liberal solution for our education system remains constant. MORE MONEY. As we dump more and more money into the failed system they refuse to fix the problem, but scream up and down for MORE MONEY."
Funny, how all you have to do is substitute "conservative" for "liberal" and "Iraq" for "our education system"....
"Is our children learning?"
Yessir Massah Bush, they is. |

Funny how hippies trivialize war. War cost lives, if more money saves lives then my God yes.
BTW we spend more money per child than any other country on Earth ( except Switzerland ). Please look at the results.
With education the issue is at some point there need to be more changes than just the 'more money' lobby because the teachers union won't look internally at their own issues and the lefties are married to a failed system. |

| It's 'hippie' and people whom trivialize the travesty of a poor education system and try to equate it to a war in Iraq when well before any such war it was failing our children is abhorrent, trivial, and yes makes you look like a hippie, just does. |

Recently I read a claim that some minorities commit more crimes because of cuts in education. I guess that means because there wasn't really high quality teaching, that about half of some minority groups drop out and just decide to get no education.
Why is their so much waste in the education system? Can a school operate with this budget: teachers: 55%
admin: 10% capital:35% Just a random suggestion. I'm guessing that the teachers get less than 25% of the budget. How much other stuff does a teacher need other than a furnished room, books & a board, with a small staff? |
